The People's Security Academy hosts a New Year Meeting and Celebration for Laotian students on the Bunpimay New Year 2026

On April 13, 2026, the People’s Security Academy (PSA) solemnly organized a meeting and New Year celebration for Laotian international students to mark the traditional Bunpimay New Year. Major General Dr. Nguyen Van Thiet, Vice President of the Academy, presided over the gathering.
